Membership is the vital element to the growth and existence of all Chambers of Commerce. As businesses develop in the Island Lake area, we wish to reach out and offer the networking, education, and support available through Chamber membership. Participation in this membership effort will enable your Chamber to provide greater benefits and services to all members and the community. You will find your efforts to be mutually beneficial.

• Advertising exposure from brochure rack at the Island Lake Village Hall.
• Business Profiles
• Profiling members selected via drawings and sent to every resident in Island Lake.
• Networking of businesses.
• United Chambers Insurance Programs.
• Special advertising rates through co-ops.
• Community exposure by working at Chamber-sponsored events.
• Chamber dollar drawings at local functions. Chamber dollars are awarded to citizens in the community to use to purchase merchandise and/or services from Chamber member locations.
• Dues are as follows per year:
• 0-2 employees - $50.00
• 3-4 employees - $75.00
• 5+ employees - $100.00
• Members can reduce their 2007 membership dues by volunteering time at Chamber events, such as the Spring Carnival, Golf Outing and Membership Drives. Members receive $10.00 off 2005 dues for each event that they help to organize or volunteer time towards. One discount per member per event, subject to the Chamber Board final approval.
